摘要 [目的]引进器官移植受者心理反应量表（TxEQ）,评价其信效度,为该量表在我国文化背景下应用提供依据.[方法]将TxEQ译成中文,并进行回译和文化调试,以肾移植术后病人为样本进行信效度评定.[结果]量表的5个维度Cronbach＇s α系数为0.650～0.934,重测信度系数为0.703～0.860;验证性因子分析证实了量表的5个维度模型拟合较好.[结论]TxEQ中文版经初步测试,信效度符合要求,具有临床应用价值.
