摘要
新型的茂钛化合物CpTi(OCH2CH2OCH3)3与MAO组成的催化体系,以甲苯为溶剂,能够高活性地催化苯乙烯间规聚合,催化活性可高达230×107g/(mol·mol·h),聚苯乙烯的间规度保持在95%以上.研究了聚合温度、反应时间、主催化剂和MAO浓度、单体浓度以及外加TMA对聚合活性、单体转化率、聚合物间规指数。
The mixture of a new metallocene compound cyclopentadienyltitanium tri(2 methoxy)ethoxy[CpTi(OCH CH 2OCH 3) 3] with MAO formed a highly active and syndiotactic catalyst for the polymerization of styrene,producing 98% syndiotactic polystyrene(sPS) at an activity of 2 30×10 7 g/(mol·mol·h) It was found that polymerization conditions,e g polymerization temperature, n (Al)/ n (Ti) ,catalyst concentration,styrene concentration,reaction time and the amount of extra additional TMA,have a great influence on the syndiotactic polymerization of styrene
