摘要
应用流式细胞术研究了稀土离子对大白鼠原代肝细胞和肝癌细胞的影响．结果表明，稀土离子可以增加原代肝细胞内ＤＮＡ含量，促进细胞增殖，改变肝细胞周期时相，减少正常肝细胞凋亡，诱导肝癌细胞凋亡；钙调素也能促进细胞内ＤＮＡ含量的增加。
The effect of cerium(Ⅲ) on primary hepatocyte was studied by flow cytometry The result showed that cerium(Ⅲ) and calmodulin could promote the proliferation, change the cell cycle and reduce the percent of apoptosis of primary hepatocyte,and also showed that cerium(Ⅲ) could induce the apoptosis of hepatocarcinogen cell.
