An electrophoretic purified myrosinase which was able to degrade glucosinate in rapeseed meal was first obtained from the cultured broth of Aspergillus oryzae by using a combination of absorption and collumn chromatography of DEAE cellulose. The enzyme was purified 15 folds compared with the original crude extract and the yield was about 36%.
