摘要
文章阐述的“体教结合”关注基础教育阶段的学校与高水平专业运动队、专业机构(体育俱乐部)联姻,促进体育后备人才的梯队建设。其无论是对于基础教育阶段学校增强体育工作的亮点和提升层次,还是对于促进竞技体育融合文化教育,提高运动员学生的文化修养,都是一条值得探索的路。基于“体教结合”的高素质运动员学生培育实践,要注重对学生的体育运动优势潜质专业化开发与培育、注重文化基础课程教学纲要编制与有效落实、加强资源优化配置与制度化管理。
This essay elaborates the "combination of athletic sport and cultural education", which focuses on the coopera- tion between schools, and high -level sports teams, as well as professional institutions (sports clubs). This combination pro- motes the establishment of sports talents reserve. It is a path worth exploring in terms of strengthening and upgrading the physical education in pre - college schools, and in terms of cultural education merging into athletic sports, which may enhance the student - athletes' cultural quality. The exploratory practice of training high - level student - athletes based on the "combination of ath- letic sport and cultural education" requires the following aspects: developing and cultivating the students' athletic potential, making and implementing suitable syllabi and plans for the students, and strengthening the optimized allocation of resources and institutional management.
