摘要
教育生态学的崛起和发展为教育领域带来了新的视野,教育生态化背景下教师准入资格认证直接与21世纪教育的和谐发展相关。文章借用生态学的原理与方法深入分析和评价当前我国教师准入资格认证的现状与问题,以教育生态学的观点审视教师准入资格的标准化问题,并提出了完善和改进我国中小学教师准入资格认证标准的建议。
The rising and development of ecological education has brought new horizons to education. With the context of ec- ological education the teacher' s education qualification authentication is directly related to the harmony development of the 21st century ' s education. This assay uses the ecology principles and methods to analysis and evaluate the status and problems about teacher qualification accreditation. Examining the issue of standardized claim in view of ecological education, and making propos- als to improve and modernize the standards of teacher access certification for elementary and secondary teachers.
