说课作为一种新型教学活动形式逐渐被高校重视。培养师范生说课技能是提高师范生教学设计能力，使师范生毕业后尽快适应教学工作的重要环节。文章从分析说课的概念、价值以及技能方面入手，深入探讨培养高校师范生说课能力的策略。

The description of courses as a new type of teaching has been more and mord important to normal universities. Training the students＇ ability of description of courses is a important stage which can improve students＇ ability of teaching design and help them to be suit to teaching. The article discusses thoroughly the training strategy of teachers students＇ ability of descrip- tion of courses according to the coucept, value and skill of description of courses.
