摘要
Ⅱ相代谢酶是催化外源性物质在体内进行生物转化的重要代谢酶,其功能强弱可以影响机体对外源性致癌物质的代谢和解毒能力。多种Ⅱ相代谢酶被证实具有基因多态性,且病因学研究结果表明由于代谢酶基因多态性的存在,使暴露于相同环境致癌因素的个体对肿瘤的易感性不同。
