摘要
目的:探讨化妆品中总硒含量的测定方法。方法:采用双道原子荧光光度法测定化妆品中的总硒含量。结果:通过实验找出最佳测定分析条件,得出线性回归方程为Y∧=31.477X-60.736,相关系数r=0.9998,相对标准偏差为2.99%,回收率为91.9%~96.5%。结论:该方法简便快捷、精密度好、准确度高,对于测定各类化妆品中的硒具有很好的可行性和适用性。
Objective To explore a method for measurement of total selenium content in cosmetics.Methods The total selenium content was determined in cosmetics by double-ways atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results The best analysis conditions were established by the experiment.The regression equation was expressed as Y ∧=0.1218X-0.0261.The correlation coefficient,the recovery rate and the relative standard deviation was 0.9993,91.9%-96.5% and 2.99%,respectively.Conclusion The double-ways atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry is a simple and fast method in determination of selenium in various types of cosmetics with high accuracy,good feasibility and applicability.
