摘要 ClC-3氯离子通道的功能主要是调节细胞容积和保持胞内囊泡腔电中性,是正常细胞生长和增殖必不可少的元件。近年研究发现ClC-3也与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,其在肿瘤组织中呈高表达,在肿瘤细胞周期和凋亡的调控以及细胞迁移等过程中扮演了重要的角色,有望成为抗肿瘤新靶点。 ClC-3 chloride channel is essential for normal cell growth and proliferation.It mainly functions as a regulator for cell volume and ion homeostasis.It has been shown that ClC-3 is involved in tumor formation and development.It is highly expressed in tumor tissues and plays key role in tumor cell cycle,apoptosis and migration,suggesting that ClC-3 may be a promising target for tumor therapy.
