摘要
代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一种涉及多种代谢异常、与心血管病紧密联系的疾病状态,主要状态包括肥胖、高血糖症、血脂紊乱及高血压等,但具体发病机制尚未明确。肥胖在MS的发病机制中扮演重要角色,它诱发胰岛素抵抗而共同导致MS的发生;肥胖时脂肪组织所产生的脂肪细胞因子包括瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素、视黄醇结合蛋白4、内脂素、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、chemerin及apelin等,这些因子与炎症反应和氧化应激密切相关,互相影响,共同导致MS。
Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a cluster of metabolic abnormalities and cardiovascular diseases,including obesity,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and so on.However,the exact pathogenesis still remains unclear.Obesity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of MS.It can induce insulin resistance and usually leads to the occurrence of the MS at the same time.Adipocytes can express and secret many important adipocytokines such as leptin,adiponectin,resistin,retinol binding protein 4,chemerin,apelin,visfatin,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and others,all of which are closely related to the inflammatory action and oxidative stress and in turn contribute to MS.
