高和低氧饱和度对早产儿视网膜病的影响 被引量：11

摘要 早产儿视网膜病（retinopathy of premature，ROP）是未成熟或极低出生体重早产儿在多种因素影响下发生的视网膜血管异常增殖性病变。严重的ROP可导致失明。ROP的形成是一个复杂的过程，其基本原因是早产儿视网膜未成熟，并受宫内生长和出生后救治过程中的多重因素影响。随着超低和极低出生体重儿存活率的不断提高和医学知识的普及，ROP也越来越成为家长和新生儿医生共同关注的热点。
