摘要
目的:检测波形蛋白(Vimentin)在不同年龄大鼠脊髓后角的表达,探讨Vimentin在大鼠脊髓成熟和衰老过程中的表达变化。方法:对新生(7天龄)、成年(2月龄)、老年(24月龄)大鼠脊髓进行Vimentin和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫荧光双标染色,并进行荧光强度的定量分析。结果:新生组Vimentin阳性产物荧光强度(59.73±9.92)较强,成年组Vimentin阳性产物荧光强度(43.26±7.99)较新生组弱,老年组Vimentin阳性产物荧光强度(40.65±6.84)较成年组弱,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脊髓后角新生组、成年组、老年组Vimentin的表达随着年龄的增长而降低。
Objective: To investigate the variation of vimentin's expression during the maturaion and aging of rats' spinal cord by analyzing the vimentin's expression in the posterior horn of spinal cord in rats of different ages. Methods: Vimentin and glial fibriliary acidic protein (GFAP) in spinal cord of new-born (7-day-old), adult (2-month-old) and aged (24-month-old) rats were double immunoflu-orescence labeled, flurescence intensity was quantitatively analyzed. Results: Vimentin's flurescence intensity of new-born group (59.73±9.92) is higher than other groups, the intensity in adult group (43.26±7.99) is lower than that in new-born group, intensity of aged group (40.65±6.84) is lower than adult group, statistical significant differences were found while comparing each two groups (p〈0. 01). Conclusion: Vimentin's expressions in the new-born adult and elderly rats decrease with age.
