摘要
目的:探讨纤维蛋白原测定的影响因素。方法:采用凝血酶法检测不同样本状态纤维蛋白原含量,并对纤维蛋白原测定的两种方法即凝血酶法和PT-演算法进行方法学比对研究。结果:标本溶血或脂血不影响利用凝血酶原理对纤维蛋白原含量的测定,但PT-演算法对脂血标本则产生测定误差;方法学比对结果显示纤维蛋白原含量在1.5-4.3g/L浓度之间,两种方法学之间无统计学差异,但对于过低或过高浓度时两种方法测定结果产生明显的偏离。结论:在临床工作中首先要采集合格的标本,然后尽可能选择凝血酶法进行测定,以确保为临床提供准确可靠的实验结果。
Objective: To investigate the influence factor of fibrinogen detection. Methods: Fibrinogen content in different sample states was detected with thrombin assay; two methods (thrombin assay and PT-computation) that determine the fibrinogen were studied by using methodology intercomparison. Result: Sample hemolysis or lipohemia did not affect the dedtermination to fibrinogen content with prothrombin, but there are determinate error to sample lipohemia with PT-forward algorithm; When the result of contrast test display that the fibrinogen content is 1.5-4.3g/L concentration,the two kinds contrast test is not no statistical difference,but the determination results with two constrast test produce significantly deviation in over lowering or high concentration. Conclusion: In order to provide accurate and reliable experiment results for clinical work,we should collect qualified samples and then choose thrombin assay as much as possible.
