摘要妊娠合并心脏病是严重的妊娠合并症,是导致孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一。心脏病孕产妇的重要死亡原因是心力衰竭和严重感染,对确诊病人应动态观察心功能变化,及时处理各种心脏情况，
