摘要
开关磁阻电机(SRM)由于其显著的特点而得到业界广泛关注。但实际应用中,SRM所占市场份额不多。主要原因是几乎所有的功率器件集成模块都是基于变频器主电路研发和制造的,SRM专用的功率集成模块几乎没有,SRM主电路简单的优势体现不出来。研究基于单个功率模块的SRM系统,分析其工作模式、换相情况及应用场合。采用单个功率模块,其驱动和控制电路在价格上与变频器相当,为SRM的广泛应用提供了强有力的支持。仿真和试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和实用性。
Switched reluctance motor (SRM) attracts more attention in the practical field results from the excellent performance. But the percentage of the SRM is lesser than asynchronous motor in the practical field. The main reason is the power module, which used widely in the adjustable speed system, has been designed for asynchronous motor. The power module with specific purpose for SRM system has not supplied. SRM adjustable speed system based on one power module was studied, which results in less cost, excellent performance. The operational modes, phase communication and its application domain have been presented. The theoretical analysis was verified by simulation and experimental results.
