摘要
本文重点对12V180柴油机的重要部件挺柱导筒的关键尺寸及相关形状位置公差进行分析,对其加工工艺进行了改进,并对切削参数和压紧力进行了计算,使加工达到优化的目的。
This article focuses on analysis of the key size and shape and location tolerance of tappet guide which is the important parts of 12V180 diesel engine.Its processing has been improved and the clamping force and cutting parameters were calculated to achieve the goals of optimize processing.
