关于他汀类药物对结直肠癌预防作用的系统评价

Prevention of Colorectal Cancer by Statins:A systematic review

目的探讨他汀类药物对结直肠癌发生率的影响。方法广泛收集2009年12月31日前国内外公开发表的相关文献,采用相对危险度(relative risk RR)作为统计学指标对入选文献进行综合分析。结果筛选出符合纳入和排除标准的文献共21篇,其中病例对照研究9篇,队列研究6篇,随机对照研究6篇,采用随机效应模型合并RR值为0.90,95%CI为0.80～1.01,P=0.07。结论使用常规剂量的他汀类药物对结直肠癌发生率无影响。

Objective To explore the statin therapy on the incidence of colorectal cancer.Methods The results of related 1iteratures published up to December 31 2009 were collected from different countries.The relative risk（RR）was applied as the statistical indicator for the comprehensive analysis of selected literature.Results Twenty-one 1iteratures were selected in our study,including 9 case-control studies,6 Cohort studies and 6 Randomized controlled trials.By using the random effect model,combined RR value was 0.90（95% CI 0.80～1.01,P=0.07）.Conclusion Taking conventional dose statins does not affect the incidence of colorectal cancer.
