回盲部置管造瘘在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用(附30例报道)

The application of selective termind ileostomy in anus preservation operation for Low rectal cancer

目的探讨回盲部置管造瘘在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2005年4月至2009年4月30例低位直肠癌保肛术运用回盲部置管造瘘患者的临床资料。结果 30例均未发生吻合口漏。结论选择在低位直肠癌保肛术中运用回盲部置管造瘘术有利于降低吻合口漏的发生。

Objective To investigate the application of selective end ileostomy in anus preservation operation for Low rectal cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of low rectal cancer clinical data from April 2005 to April 2009.Results There is no anastomotic leakage observed.Conclusion Selective termind ileostomy in anus preservation operation for Low rectal cancer in risk population can help reduce anastomotic leakage rate.
