摘要
目的探索一种改良的染色方法,弥补传统Movat五色套染技术中Resorcin-Fuchsin方法显示动脉的弹力内膜不够完整的缺陷。方法从尸检病例中选取有不同程度粥样硬化的弹性动脉和肌性动脉各6段,常规制作石蜡蜡块,并进行HE染色。更换Movat套染中的Weigenrt弹力纤维染色法,改用Verhoeff方法来显示动脉中的弹力纤维。结果弹力纤维染成黑色,蛋白聚糖呈蓝色,胶原纤维染呈黄色,平滑肌纤维呈红色,纤维蛋白和红细胞呈鲜红色。结论改良后的Movat枝术能更清楚的显示动脉组织结构和动脉粥样硬化斑块的形态。
Objective To explore a modified method of dyeing to improve the defect of Weigert's resorcinfucbsin staining in incomplete staining of intimal elastic lamina. Methods Six segments of each elastic and muscular arteries were selected from the autopsy cases of atherosclerosis in varying degrees. Routin paraffin section techniques and HE stain were performed on these tissues. Verhoeff method was applied to show elastic fibers in the arteries instead of Weigert's resorcin-fuchsin stain in the Movat pentachrome stain. Results Elastic fibers, proteoglycans, collagen fibers, smooth muscle fibers and, fibrin/red blood cells were stained black, blue, yellow, red, and bright red respectively. Conclusion Modified Movat pentachrome stain can show both the artery structure and atherosclerotic plaque morphology more clearly.
