摘要
卒中发生后机体和脑组织发生一系列病理生理反应而产生一些相对特异性蛋白质,因此检测这些特异性生物标志有助于卒中早期诊断、鉴别诊断及其严重性和结局的预测。本文简略阐述了近年来部分卒中相关指标的实验室研究现状及进展。
In the pathophysiology of stroke, some correlative biomarkers will play an important role in early diagnosis, severity, prognostic evaluation and so on. The aim of this review is to present the research and development of relevant indicators in the laboratory recently.
