摘要
本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法，分析了健康鳖与患疖疮病病鳖4种组织和血浆的可溶性蛋白质。结果表明，中华鳖组织和血浆的蛋白质电泳图谱存在组织特异性；病鳖与健康鳖的蛋白质分离谱带上存在明显差异，主要表现为谱带的增多．
The patterns of soluble protein in four tissues and plasma of T. sinensis withand without furunculosis were analyzed by means of polyacrylamid vertical slabelectrophoresis. Differences in soluble protein were observed between the healthberthes and those having furunculosis, there were more spectral bands in the pro.tein of diseased soft-shelled turtles than those in healthy ones. The zymograms ofprotein in different tissues showed differences.
