The Appointment and Education of College Student Leader from Students' Perspectives

高校学生干部是协助教师做好学生思想政治工作的一支重要力量,选拔、培养好学生干部不仅有利于学生干部自身的素质培养和能力提升,更有利于实现学生工作的良性可持续发展。本研究通过调查了解目前学生干部在学生心中的形象、作用和不足等,针对学生的评价和观点,建议学生干部队伍建设要严格选拔、加强培训指导、完善监督和激励机制、创设良好工作氛围,使学生干部的作用充分发挥出来,成为教师开展教育的得力助手。

Well trained student leaders are quite important for the ideological and political education in college. This research offers some suggestions by analyzing students＇ views and expectations about the student leaders who should be strictly appointed and well trained. With appropriate management and stimulation, they will provide great assistance for a harmonious working environment.
