War and love is one of the most important themes in literature all over the world.Femal authors＇ relavant description is much more vivid than male authors＇.Based on the text,the paper attempts to analyze the conflicts coming from Zhang Ailing＇s Love in a Fallen City and Lessing＇s The Other Woman in order to convey how the human nature,especially the female suffers from the war.
