摘要 大学体育教学应当充盈着"教学学术",并由健全、合理的学术精神来引领和规范。但在经验主义、技术主义的影响下,体育教学逐渐沦为技术传习、程序操作,体育教师很少以学术的方式思考教学。在实际教学过程中,大学体育教师往往就技术论技术,造成体育"无人";依赖现有经验,忽视学术精神;缺乏批判精神,教学思想守旧;缺乏教学智慧,师生关系疏远,从而造成了教学学术的缺失。要重塑教学学术,体育教师必须实现"技术传习教学"向"反思型学术教学"转变。具体要做到在学习中提高学术素养,在反思中获得发展动力,在积累中感悟教学智慧。 College sports teaching should be imbued with teaching scholarship, led and regulated by whole- some and reasonable academic integrity. However, affected by empiricism and technicism, sports education has been reduced to exercise skill teaching and work procedures. PE teachers seldom make reflections on their teaching from the academic point of view and their teaching is usually skill-oriented rather than human-oriented. They rely on their experience instead of scholarship. They are lacking in the spirit of criticism and their ideas of teaching are rather conservative. They do not have wisdom in teaching and have a distant relationship with their students. In order to reconstruct their scholarship, PE teachers should make transformation from "exercise skill teaching" to "reflective academic teaching", enhance their academic quality through learning, gain their driving force for development from reflections, and appreciate teaching wisdom by means of knowledge accumulation.
