积极心理学与大学生心理健康教育

On applying positive psychology to college psychological health education

传统心理健康教育沿袭以往病理学或消极心理学模式,把重点放在预防和矫正大学生的各类心理问题上,忽略学生潜质的开发及心理素质的培养。积极心理学是一种新兴的心理学思潮,符合现代大学生心理健康教育的发展趋势。高校心理健康教育应引入积极心理学理念,以增加积极情绪体验、塑造积极人格、构建积极环境为主,开展新型的心理健康教育。

Psychological health education follows the traditional pathology or previous negative psychological model,which focus on preventing and correcting various psychological problems of college students, ignoring the potentially psychological quality development of students. Positive psychology is an emerging trend of psychology, which is consistent with modern trends of psychic health education. Therefore, psychological health education should introduce the concept of positive psychology to increase students＇ positive emotional experience and build positive character and positive environment for students.
