摘要
"期待视野"是姚斯(Hans Robert Jauss)理论中的一个核心概念,是包括一个和作者有关、一个和读者有关的两个系统。该理论对中文宣传画册翻译的启示是,译者的期待视野首先必须与文本相融合,同时必须关照西方读者的期待视野。基于宣传画册的一些固有特点,我们认为,在翻译过程中,译者通常既要发挥自己的主体性,又要考虑主体间性交往伦理学所倡导的规范性制约,以使译者、作者和读者的视野得以融合,使译文贴近国外读者的思维习惯,从而避免文化方面的冲突。
Hans Robert Jauss' "horizon of expectations" reveals that in order to achieve the readability of the translated publicity pamphlet, the translator is supposed to achieve the fusion between his own and the writer's horizon of expectation and at the same time pay due attention to western readers' horizon of expectation. In view of the special features of the publicity pamphlet, we hold that the translator's subjectivity should be stressed, and the author and target readers' inter-subjectivity must not be neglected, so as to achieve the fusion of horizons of the three participants in the translation process. Only in this way can the translated text get close to the reader's way of thinking and avoid cultural collision with the western world.
