摘要
文章介绍了目前我国公共图书馆绩效考核的现状,指出了公共图书馆绩效考核机制存在的问题,并对造成这些问题的原因进行了分析,最后提出建立健全公共图书馆绩效评估体系的具体措施。参考文献5。
This paper introduces the present stares of performance evaluation of public library in China, points out the the problems exsiting in public library performance evaluation mechanism and analyzes the reasons for these problems and finally proposes the specific measures to establish and perfect performance evaluation system for public library. 5 refs.
