福建省矿产资源开发中的环境保护问题及其对策

Preliminary Investigation on Development of Mineral Resources and Environmental Protection of Fujian Province

矿产资源的开发利用，是国民经济发展的基础。矿业开发中面临的现实问题是由此引起的环境污染和地质灾害的不断发生。在分析环境的有效保护以实现福建省矿产资源持续性发展的基础上，讨论了我省矿产开发与环境保护的关系，并指出了矿山开发过程中存在的环境污染的主要原因及防治措施。

Exploitation and utilization of mineral resources are the basis of national economic development,but they can result on environmental pollution and disruption of ecological balance at the same time.Based on analyzing the some cases about effective environmental protection which can maintain the sustained exploitation and utilization of mineral resources of Fujian Province,the authors made a discussion in the paper on the relationship between the exploitation of mineral resources and environmental protection,and pointed out the major factors of environmental pollution during a mining and presented some measures of prevention and control.
