摘要
以某国家重点航天工程为背景,结合C段厂房建设项目的特点及其周期要求,从项目进度控制的组织、技术措施、管理措施、经济措施、材料保证措施、机械设备保证措施等角度,对行之有效的项目进度控制方法进行了系统研究,确保了项目保质、保量、按时完工并获得结构长城杯金杯奖。
Based on a national key aerospace engineering project,feasible scheduling methods are systematically investigated from perspec- tives like organizational,technological,managerial and economic measure as well as materials supply and equipment supporting measures, which are tightly associated with features of the C-section plant of the project and with the time requirements of the project. The effectiveness of the scheduling methods is testified by the timely completion of the project with guaranteed quality and quantity and by the obtainment of the gold cup of the Great Wall Cup.
