主要介绍了放射性电离真空计结构、工作原理及放射性电离真空计的校准方法和校准装置,并对校准数据进行了处理。放射性电离真空计修正因子采用阿伦方差进行不确定度评定,可以提高校准的准确度,确保卫星、火箭发射的安全。
The structure, principle, calibration method and apparatus of radioactive ionization vacuum gauge are introduced. The calibration data are processed. The correct coeffcient of radioactive ionization vacuum gauge is evaluated. It is can be used to increase calibration accuracy and ensure the safety of satellite and rocket launching.
