《妇女与家庭》是解放前新疆妇女报刊中最贴近读者、期数最多的一份专刊,但以往的妇女报刊研究并未对其予以重视。《妇女与家庭》专刊紧扣婚恋、家庭、育儿问题展开,为广大妇女提供生活指导和建议。其最大的成功经验在于贴近读者,对妇女关心的职业与家庭的平衡问题献计献策,并积极为处于困境中的读者排忧解难。其文艺稿量少质优,保留了一份难得的解放前新疆妇女的生活写真。其服务读者、多元丰富、健康向上、注重实效的刊物特色也可为我们今天的妇女报刊发展提供诸多启示。

＂Women and Family＂ was the closest to the readers an newspapers in the women＇s press in Xinjiang before liberation, but women＇s press didn＇t attach importance to it. The column focused on family and children, which provided women with life instructions an ideas on how to balance career and family problem and lent a helping d the largest number of the the previous research on the the problems about marriage, d suggestion. It offered good hand to the readers who were in difficulties, which was the most successful experience of the column. It had a literary works of limited number but with high quality. It recorded valuable history of the women＇s life before liberation. In general, the features of the column （serving readers, abundance, healthy and effective） can enlighten the development of women＇s press today.
