摘要
与其它的体育项目相比,大众体操运动有着不同的生理机制和负荷要求。在运用它来健身的过程中,过强或过弱的运动负荷刺激是无法达到有氧健身的作用,要获得最佳的健身效果,就必须科学地安排运动负荷。目前国内对大众体操运动负荷阈的相关研究不多,也没有准确而详细地找出其最佳的负荷阈。鉴于此,运用资料收集法,通过对心率指数区间、稳态比例结构分析和主观用力感觉表的研究,找出最适合于大众体操运动的负荷区域,即"最佳负荷阈"。为大众体操运动提供了科学依据,给健身者在制定相应的运动处方时提供参考。
Compared with other sports, aerobic gsnnnasti^s has different physiological mechanism and load requirements. The process of applying it to the fitness is unable to achieve aerobic fitness role if the stimulation in exercise load too strong or too weak. However, they don't identify the optimum load threshold accurately and minutely. In order to solve the problem, the paper uses the method of data collection, the interval index of the heart rate, the "gold partition" index and the RIPE scale study Io identify the most suitable field for aerobic Aerobics load region, which is called "best load threshold". The exercise theoretical research provides a scientific basis to aerobics, and brings convenience to fitness people in the corresponding exercise prescription.
