直肠癌根治术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Implantation of 5-fluorouracil Sustained Release in Rectum Cancer

目的观察直肠癌根治术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)缓释剂的疗效及不良反应。方法 86例直肠癌根治术患者按随机数字表法分为观察组44例和对照组42例,观察组患者于直肠癌根治术中采用5-FU缓释剂局部植入化疗,对照组于直肠癌根治术后行常规化疗。2组患者均随访24个月,统计肿瘤复发率、不良反应及死亡率,并于治疗前后进行生活质量评分。结果术后24个月,观察组的复发率、死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的生活质量评分较前提高20分以上的人数显著多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌根治术中植入5-FU缓释剂安全有效,能减少复发和转移,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of implantation of 5-fluorouracil sustained release in rectum cancer radical surgery. Methods 86 cases of rectal cancer patients were divided into observation group（44 cases） and control group（42 cases）. By random number table, the patients in treatment group was treated with 5-FU sustained release for locally implanted chemotherapy in the rectum cancer radical surgery. The patients in control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy after rectal cancer surgery. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 24 months to statistics tumor recurrence rate and mortality, adverse reactions, and to assess the score of life quality before and after treatment. Results 24 months later, the recurrence rate, mortality of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The number of the patients whose score of life quality increased over the previous 20 points in the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is safe and effective that implanted 5-fluorouracil sustained release in the rectum cancer radical surgery and can reduce the recurrence and metastasis and improve the quality of life
