Reformation and Develepment Direction of Vocational Education with the Background of Learning Society

目的研究与学习型社会发展相适应的职业教育改革方向和措施。方法通过文献分析和对国内外职业教育现状的对比,找出我国职业教育所存在的不足和发展方向。结果由于受传统教育思想观念、落后教育体制等复杂因素的影响,我国职业教育难以适应知识经济发展的需求。结论为了适应学习型社会建设的需要,教师需要在教育观念、运行和管理机制等方面对职业教育进行改革,逐步建立与学习型社会相适应的教育沟通机制、评价和认证支持系统和课程开发体系。

Objective Due to the influence of traditional educational ideas, the backward educational system and other complex factors, China＇ s vocational education doesn＇ t meet the needs of knowledge-based economy. A learning society is the natural choice according to the social development and continuous improvement of human beings. In order to meet the needs of building a learning society, the concepts, administration system and operation mechanism of vocational education need changing and establishing an educational communication mechanism, evaluation and certification support systems and curriculum development system to adapt to the learning society.
