摘要
对龙眼核中的总黄酮含量和抗氧化性进行了研究,结果表明,龙眼核中黄酮类物质质量分数为1.21%;龙眼核中黄酮类物质对清除自由基有明显作用,且黄酮类物质的添加量在试验范围内与其抗氧化性呈正相关。
The content of total flavones from Euphoria Longan seed and its scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals were studied. The results showed that the content of total flavones was 1.21%, and the flavones extracted from Euphoria Longan seed had good antioxidant capacity.
