20%水胺·氯氰菊酯乳油的气相色谱分析

Determination of Isocarbophos and Cypermethri in 20% Amine-water Emulsion by GC

在同一色谱柱上,采用程序升温的气相色谱方法对20%水胺.氯氰菊酯乳油中有效组分进行分析研究:采用5%OV-3/101硅烷化白色担体为填充物的不锈钢柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以癸二酸二正丁酯为内标物,三氯甲烷作溶剂,测出水胺硫磷、内标物和氯氰菊酯的保留时间分别为2.2min,4.3min,7.2min。研究表明,水胺硫磷和氯氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.18和0.013,变异系数分别为0.95%和0.83%,平均回收率分别为99.91%和99.25%,线性相关系数分别为0.99978和0.99985。

Programmed temperature Gas chromatography was employed for determination of the contents of isocarbophos and cypermeghri in 20% amine-water emulsion using the same column.The samples were separated by GC with a stainless steel column filled with 5% OV-3/101 white support silanized and with a flame ionization detector （FID）.Dibutyl sebacate was used as internal standard,chloroform was used as solvent,the retention times of isocarbophos,internal standard and cypermeghri were 2.2min,4.3min and 7.2min,respectively.It was shown that the standard deviations of isocarbophos and cypermeghri were 0.18 and 0.013,the variation coefficients were 0.95 and 0.83%,the average recoveries were 99.91 and 99.25%,and the linear correlations were 0.99978 and 0.99985,respectively.
