摘要
可燃气体检测报警器,是危险化学品生产企业安全投入的主要设备之一,其主要作用是检测生产车间可燃气体泄漏和检修动火分析,重点是事前预防,工作过程中的量值准确尤为重要。采用氢气代替异丁烷作为标准样气,对可燃气体检测报警器进行检校,针对不同的工作环境试验,讨论采用氢气代替异丁烷作为标准样气对仪器进行校准具有的可行性。结果表明,氢气代替异丁烷能满足计量量值的准确性要求,并能降低运行成本,其分析量值的准确性便于作业人员准确判断作业环境的安全性,消除和防止事故的发生。
The combustible gas detection alarm is one of the main security equipment invested by dangerous chemicals production enterprise,and its main effect is used to detect the combustible gas leakage and production workshop.The key factor is advancing prevention,therefore the accuracy of hot analysis in the process of work is particularly important.Using hydrogen instead of isobutane as standard sample of flammable gas,the feacibility for calibration of instrument under different working environment is discussed.Hydrogen can satisfy the measurement accuracy requirement,can reduce energy operating costs.The accuracy of the energy analysis facilitate workers to judge of the safety of working environment accurately,and eliminate and prevent accidents.
