合肥地区328例手足口病患儿肠道病毒实时RT-PCR检测结果分析 被引量:5

Analysis of the enterovirus of 328 children with hand-foot-mouth disease in Hefei regions by a real time reverse transcription-PCR assay.

摘要 【目的】采用实时RT-PCR检测手足口病肠道病毒,了解2009年合肥地区手足口病的病原学特征,为手足口病防治工作提供科学依据。【方法】采集2009年1月—12月期间合肥地区328例手足口病住院患儿的咽拭子或(和)疱疹液标本,提取RNA,实时RT-PCR检测标本中的肠道病毒。【结果】328例被检患儿中肠道病毒阳性率为80.8%,其中EV71和CoxA16阳性率分别为41.8%和27.7%,EV71和CoxA16均阳性为3.0%,其他肠道病毒阳性为8.2%;男女性别间检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),EV71检出率在3岁以上组(55.1%)明显高于3岁以下组(35.3%),而CoxA16和其他肠道病毒检出率在3岁以下组(分别为30.8%和11.3%)要高于3岁以上组(分别为21.5%和1.9%);EV71在咽拭子和疱疹液检出率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),而CoxA16在两者中的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】2009年合肥地区手足口病患儿以EV71和CoxA l6感染为主。 [Objective] To detect the enterovirus(EV) of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD), for understanding the pathogen of HFMD and offer the foundation to prevention and treatment. [Method] Throat swab or (and) vesicle fluid were taken from 328 children with HFMD within Hefei in 2009, then extracted RNA and detected the EV by real time RTPCR. [Results] In 328 ease, EV positive rate were 80.8%. In all these, EVT1 and CoxA16 positive rate were 41.8% and 27.7%, respectively, EV71 and CoxA16 double positive were 3.0% , other EV were 8.2%. Positive rate were no sig- nificant difference between male and female(P〉0.05), EVT1 positive rate in more than 3 years old group(55.1% ) were higher than that of 0-3 years old group(35.3%), otherwise CoxA16 and other EV were oppositly. EV71 positive rate were no significant difference between throat swab and vesicle fluid(P〉0. 05), but CoxA16 positive rate in vesicle fluid were higher than that of throat swab(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The HFMD in Hefei was mainly related to EV71 or CoxA16 infection in 2009.
