天津市13~16岁中学生扁平足患病情况调查 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】调查天津市13~16岁初中生扁平足患病情况。【方法】采用足印法对天津市某中学468名13~16岁学生进行检查,统计扁平足发病率,并进行年龄、性别、轻重程度、单双足发病情况分析。【结果】468名13~16岁初中生扁平足总发病率为54.27%,不同年龄及男女发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扁平足总发病程度轻度57.87%、中度35.43%、重度6.70%,不同年龄组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扁平足发病双足型78.35%,左单足型11.81%,右单足型9.84%,单足左右型及不同年龄组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】13~16岁初中生扁平足发病率高,应加以重视并积极防治。 [Objective] To explore the growth of instep and the incidence rate of flatfoot in students of 13-16 years old. [Method] Footprint was used to observe and classify the insteps of 468 students aged 13-16 from 50 middle school of Tianjin, which were grouped by age, sex and degree to survey, and then counted the incidence rate of flatfoot. [Results] Among 468 students, the incidence rate of flatfoot was 54. 27% , the difference among age and sex was not worth (P〉0.05) ; The degree of flatfoot was as follows: 57.87% for slight, 35.43% for medium, 6. 70% for maximum, the difference among age was not worth(P2〉0.05); The rate of both feet involved was 78.35%, the rate of left foot type was 11.81% and the right foot type was 9.84%, the difference between each foot and among age was not worth(P〉0.05). [Conelusions] The growth of instep in students of 13-16 years old is stable, and the incidence rate of flatfoot is high. Something must be done to insolved it.
