地方高校薪酬改革案例研究

摘要 高校薪酬制度改革是新的历史条件下高校面临的一项重大变革。高校在薪酬改革中怎样坚持人才强校的战略.如何处理教学科研人员与管理人员的关系,如何平衡效率与公平等都是高校薪酬改革的核心问题。文章以A高校为例,分析了其薪酬改革的得失及其启示。
