基于生态服务功能的北京永定河生态修复目标研究

Discussion on the Ecological Restoration Goals of the Yongding River in Beijing Based on Ecosystem Service Functions Analysis

20世纪80年代以来永定河生态系统出现严重退化,河流功能急剧衰退。在对北京永定河生态服务功能评价的基础上,依据生态修复理论和原则,从水安全、生态安全和文化传承的角度构建了涵盖永定河主要生态因素和社会需求的生态修复目标,阐释了目标概念与选择依据。

Since the 1980s,the ecosystem of Yongding River was seriously degenerated,and the river functions were sharply declined. Based on the major ecosystem service functions analysis of Yongding River,and the theory and principles of ecological restoration,this paper built up the ecological restoration goals which covering the main ecological factors and social needs from water security,ecological security and cultural heritage point of view,and explained the concept and the select basis of goals.
