摘要
通过在固体培养基中加入一定浓度的Cu2+,从铜尾矿废弃地的土样中筛选分离得到一株耐铜菌株。研究结果发现,该菌株最高耐受Cu2+浓度为390mg/L。菌株特性研究结果表明,该菌株最适生长温度在30℃左右,最适生长pH为中性,但对渗透压耐受力不是很强。除对Cu2+具有耐性外,该菌对重金属Zn2+、Pb2+也具有较强抗性。
Isolation of copper-resistant bacteria from copper tailings wasteland was investigated,which was screened from solid mediums containing a certain concentration Cu 2 +.The results showed that the highest tolerance concentration of heavy metal Cu 2 + for this strain was 390 mg/L.Strain characteristics of the results showed that the optimum growing temperature was around 30℃,and the optimum growing pH value was neutral,but osmotic tolerance of this strain was not very strong.In addition to Cu 2 +,this strain also showed a strong resistance on the heavy metal Zn 2+ and Pb 2+.
