乡镇政府网站主客观综合评价指标体系及方法研究

Study on Indexes System and Methods of Subjective and Objective Comprehensive Evaluation for Township Government Website

通过综合分析中国乡镇政府网站开展综合评价需求,基于SMART原则选取了适用于乡镇政府网站的主客观相结合的评价指标体系并应用层次分析法测算各指标的权重,构建了主客观综合评价的要点和计算方法,初步建立了乡镇政府网站的主客观综合评价方法,并提出了如何应用评价结果,为乡镇政府网站建设评价提供指标和方法的参考。

This paper analyzed the necessity of comprehensive evaluation for township government website,established subjective and objective evaluation indexes system of township government website based on the SMART principles and calculated the weights of the indexes by AHP,constructed the key points and computing methods for evaluation,established the methods of subjective and objective comprehensive,and proposed the application of the evaluate results.
