摘要
目的:研究三七种子生理后熟期种类内储藏物质的变化情况,了解三七种子的生理特性,为良种生产提供科学依据。方法:采用不同的种子保存温度,定期分析不同温度贮藏条件下三七种子过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶及淀粉酶活性的变化情况。结果:三七种子在贮藏过程中,各种酶活性均随贮藏时间的延长而表现出逐渐下降的趋势。结论:三七种子后熟期间种内贮藏物质的变化是其生理变化的显著特征之一,也是引起或加速三七种子在贮藏过程中劣变的重要原因。
To research the changes of substance in Panax notoginseng's seeds on the post-maturation, the changes of peroxidase, eatalase, superoxide dismutase and amylase activity of P. notoginseng seeds under different store temperatures were analyzed. The results showed that the peroxidase, catalase, superoxide dismutase and amylase activity of P. notoginseng seeds reduced slowly with the storage time prolonging. The changes of seeds'reserve substance was one of significant features of physiological changes, and also was the important reason that resulted in and accelerated the seed deterioration during post-maturation.
