四川甘孜州折多山与雀儿山地区土壤细菌的研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用稀释平板涂抹法,对甘孜州折多山和雀儿山土壤中的细菌数量和物种多样性进行了研究,并初步分析了细菌数量与10种生态因子间的相关性。结果表明,折多山和雀儿山土壤细菌数量较为丰富,其主要分布的优势类群为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.),常见类群为纤维单胞菌(Cellulomonas spp.)、脂肪杆菌(Plimelobacter spp.)、葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus spp.)和土壤单孢菌(Agromonas spp.);土壤细菌总数达5.69×106±4.94×106cfu.g-1干土,总体上较高,其分布存在差异:砂质壤土大于粘壤土和壤土,草地多于林地。在这两个区域中土壤细菌数量与土壤含水量、pH、有机质、碱解氮都呈现正相关,与土壤含水量呈极显著相关,相关性数达0.596。 The quantities and diversities of soil microbe in the region of Queer and Zheduo mountains in Ganzi of Sichuan province in China were studied using dilution plate technique. The correlations between the number of bacteria and 10 kinds of ecological factors were also preliminarily analyzed. Results indicated that soil in Zheduo and Queer mountains was rich in bacteria as much as 5.69×10^6±4.94×10^6cfu·g^-1 soil. The main groups were Bacillus spp. But differences existed between soil types as follows : sandy loam 〉 clay loam 〉 loam ( in different soil textures of the same land patterns). In addition ,there were more bacteria in grass land than that in forestry land. In the two districts, the soil bacteria quantity were positively related with soil moisture, pH, organic matter and alkaline nitrogen. The correlation coefficient of the soil bacteria quantity and the soil moisture was extremely significant (r = 0. 596 * * ).
