预处理液对洋桔梗切花保鲜效应的研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用STS、Al2(SO4)3、蔗糖和8-HQC配成9组预处液,对洋桔梗切花进行预处理,观测其鲜重变化、水分平衡值、瓶插寿命、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和细胞膜相对透性,研究了不同配方对洋桔梗切花的保鲜效应。结果表明,与对照相比,处理M6(4mmol/L+250mg/L Al2(SO4)3+2%蔗糖+200mg/L8-HQC)显著延长了洋桔梗切花瓶插寿命(延长了5.5 d),明显延缓水分平衡值、可溶性糖的下降,推迟可溶性蛋白质降解时间和降低细胞膜受损伤的程度,能有效延缓切花衰老,为最优预处理液。 Cutting Eustoma grandiform were pretreated with preservative solutions containing different combinations of STS, AI2 ( SO4 ) 3 , sucrose and 8-HQC and the fresh weight, value of water balance, vase-life, soluble sugar, soluble protein and relative permeability of cell membrane were determined, the freshness-preserving effects of different formulation on cutting Eustoma grandiform were studied. The results showed that M6 treatment (4 mmol/L + 250 mg/L A12 (SO4 )s + 2 % sucrose + 200 mg/L8-HQC ) could remarkably extend the vase-life of cutting Eustoma grandiform by 5.5 days, obviously delay the decline water balance and soluble sugar, and postpone soluble protein degradation and reduce damage of cell membrane, It delayed senescence of the flowers, indicating that prescription M6 was the best pretreatment solution in the experiment.
