摘要
通过对传统盘式揉捻机进行局部结构改造,研制旋转定位投料机械、提料及称量系统,同时按时间与逻辑控制方法设计控制电路,编写控制程序,实现了茶叶揉捻工序的多台联动及连续自动化加工。
The rotary position batch charger and lifting and weighing systems by part structure reconstruction of traditional disk roller machine were studied. The control program was wnten and The control circuit according to times and logical control method was designed. It realized most machine linkage and continuous automatical process of tea roller.
