摘要
在翻译的过程中,尤其是文学的翻译,往往会发现很多译者为了贴近汉语的特点和译出美感来,喜欢在笔译的过程中将英语的形容词、副词、动词和主谓关系词等翻译成汉语的成语。但在实际工作中,如口译翻译中,为了加快信息量的交流,应该考虑使用最简方案,最好用简单快捷的方法处理。本文着重讨论部分成语的简化译法。
In translation,especially in literature translation,we always find that many translators like to have some English adjectives,adverbs,verbs or phrases of subjects and predicates translated into Chinese idiomatic phrases in order to stick to the customs or characteristics of the Chinese language or to show the linguistic beauty.Actually in translation,however,we may consider the minimalist program to translate so as to exchange more information.This article discusses the simplification in translation of some idiomatic phrases.
