中国农地产权制度研究进展

Studies Progress of Farmland Property Rights System

采用共词分析法、聚类分析法、因子分析法和多维尺度分析法研究了国内近16年农地产权制度的研究进展情况及发展趋势。结果表明:农地产权制度的研究热点主要集中在农地产权主体、性质、结构、功能、权能、市场、改革路径几个方面。研究结论:(1)农地产权制度仍存在大量亟待解决的理论和实践问题;(2)所有权、土地流转、承包经营权和农地市场是研究的热点;(3)新技术新方法逐步被广泛应用;(4)农地产权制度需要改革。

The purpose of this paper is to study progress and trend of farmland property rights system in last 16 years.Methods of co-word analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis and multi-dimension analysis are implied.The results indicate that the hot point of research are main body,character,structure,function,powers,market,reform route of farmland property rights system.The conclusions are as follow as：（1） there are many questions of theory and practice to settle;（2） the hot points of research are ownership,land circulation and farmland market;（3） new technique and methods are implied far and wide;（4） farmland property rights must be reformed.
